Speeches, events, or comments that occur outside of the named, scheduled event will not qualify toward this market's resolution. If this event is definitively cancelled, or otherwise is not available by September 9, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, "-No Qualifying Event-" will resolve to "Yes" and all other brackets will resolve to "No". This is a 9/11 event which will honor first responders of the 9/11 incident. So let's go ahead, and suggest "First 5+ times" as a counter, a dumb, obvious crap, a complete waste, instead of more interesting / creative stuff. Let's suggest "Tunnel to Towers", because that completely isn't the name of the foundation that is part of this event.
